Aurélie Lemoine, as Head of French Research, leads a team of 10 researchers and analysts. Aurélie joined CBRE in 1999 as an analyst to develop customer-directed specific studies and, from 2001 on, became more actively involved in investment and forecasting, as well as the business intelligence. She led a partnership with Rexecode for the creation of an econometric model to forecast the office market in the Paris Region. Aurelie became Deputy Head of Research in France in 2004 and Head of Research in 2005. In addition to managing and representing the department in communicating with clients, her main task is to carry out institutional and specific studies.
