Steffen Hofmann

Steffen Hofmann is Founder and Managing Partner of iMallinvest. He founded the company in 2014 and previously worked for Henderson Global Investors and Commerz Grundbesitz Investmentgesellschaft.
Steffen is a genuine European retail real estate specialist with more than 20 years of industry experience. Having operated in eight international markets (GER, AUT, UK, SWE, ESP, POR, ITA, HUN) he displays a sophisticated understanding of retail investment and asset management mechanics across the continent.
Steffen is a member of the Advisory Board of the German Council of Shopping Centres (GCSP) and has also been chairing the Asset Management panel of the GCSP for many years. As a regular lecturer at the International Real Estate Business School (IREBS), he contributes to the training and development of industry professionals in the German real estate market.
