Head Frankfurt office of the Centre of Competence for Corporate Clients - Real Estate, Commerzbank AG
Nicole Jürgensen joined German specialized lender Rheinhyp, later to become Eurohypo, in 1998 and started her career in the International Property Lending Department, covering Spain and later Greece and Turkey, to eventually lead and expand Eurohypo’s Latin American division in 2006. Between 2009 and 2014, she was in charge of running Hypothekenbank Frankfurt’s Madrid Branch in Spain whose assets – in the context of the bank’s strategy – were eventually completely sold to a consortium within the widely known Octopus transaction. After relocating back to Germany, she moved to Commerzbank AG where as of February 2015 she has been heading the Frankfurt office of the then newly established Centre of Competence for Corporate Clients – Real Estate.
Nicole holds a degree in Economics from the University of Augsburg, Germany, and is a member of both the CFA Institute and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
