Tinka Kleine is Senior Director, Private Real Estate at PGGM, overseeing the European private real estate investment portfolio and serving on the PGGM Private Real Estate Investment Committee, which governs the global private real estate portfolio of approx. 18 billion euro. Board member of city focused joint ventures in Paris, Milan, Berlin and various other European investment vehicles.

Joining PGGM in 2006, her expertise is built on prior roles as an investment manager, real estate analyst, and consultant. Tinka holds degrees in Economics, Urban Planning, and Financial Analysis.Responsible for the European private real estate portfolio, for sourcing and due diligence of new investments and for the execution of the business plan. Investments range from joint ventures and club deals to open- and closed-ended funds.

PGGM is a cooperative Dutch pension fund service provider that manages approx. 240 billion of pension assets on behalf of almost 3 million people. Its largest client is Stichting Pensioenfonds Zorg en Welzijn (PFZW), which provides a compulsory collective pension scheme for the healthcare sector in The Netherlands.
