Paula is a Madrid-based Regional Managing Director, and sits on our Management Board. In this role she has day‑to‑day responsibility for Europe, one of Hollis’ largest and most complex markets, leading commercial performance, client service, regional operations and strategic planning.

She holds an MBA and is both a Chartered project management professional (MRICS), and a registered architect (RIBA, ARB).
Paula is proficient in English, French, Spanish and German languages and brings an extensive international background in managing a diverse portfolio of global clients, with specialist expertise in project and programme management, delivered across sectors including hospitality, office, retail, mixed-use and logistics.

Paula is passionate about and the role of AI and automation materially improving day-to-day operational decisions, enhancing compliance and unlocking new value for owners and investors. Paula believes that technology is no longer an overlay, but core to how real estate is operated, optimised and valued. Paula believes the future of real estate will be shaped by the intelligent convergence of AI, data and data centres, creating faster, smarter and more resilient decision-making for owners, occupiers and investors alike.
