He has extensive experience in the financial and real estate sector, including the design, selection and monitoring of investment funds, with mergers and acquisitions and various partnerships in the Dutch real estate market. Thomas advises and supports pension funds and insurers in their real estate investment strategy and policy and the monitoring of their illiquid investments, such as real estate, impact and mortgage portfolios. This increases manageability and improves performance.
