Stefanie Kern has many years of experience advising on real estate transactions and real estate M&A. She advises institutional and private equity investors, family offices, banks and national and international companies on a broad range of real estate transactions, including asset and share deals, portfolio transactions and sale and leaseback structures.

She has inter alia particular expertise in advising on investments, transactions and developments in the asset class residential including advising on a range of residential sub-asset classes and living concepts. Her practice also covers project developments, portfolio and asset management, real estate financing, heritable building rights and commercial tenancy law.
