Heiko Szczodrowski has more than 30 years of experience in the financial industry. As a senior executive, he has extensive expertise across the entire investment lifecycle of real assets, with a strong focus on long-term value creation in real estate, renewable energy, and infrastructure.

Prior to joining AIF Capital Group, Heiko served as CEO of HEP Kapitalverwaltung AG and held senior leadership positions at Commerz Real AG. He started his professional career at Commerzbank AG with several roles in corporate and retail banking, before he became an M&A project manager.

In his current role at AIF Capital Group, he and his team focus on managing investment structures and developing new investment opportunities for institutional investors. They leverage their expertise in mobility and demography infrastructure assets, including senior housing, parking facilities, nursing homes, mobility hubs, and more.
