Lisa is lead Fund Manager on the abrdn Pan European Residential (aPER) Fund. Lisa joined Aberdeen’s Frankfurt Office in 2021. Prior to joining the aPER Team, Lisa was responsible for a segregated account with a similar investment strategy, focusing on Europe Residential. Lisa has extensive experience in both the national and international real estate market, particularly in the areas of fund management and investment management. Before Aberdeen Lisa worked for a German fund of fund manager within the investment team, selecting indirect investments and secondary opportunities with a focal point on Europe and Asia-Pacific. Additionally, she was Fund Manager for two value-added funds, investing in Asia-Pacific. Moreover, she worked as a senior associate in the transactions team of PwC, advising clients on real estate acquisitions and depositions of real estate, among other things.

Lisa graduated in Real Estate and Financing at EBS Universitiät für Wirtschaft und Recht, with a study abroad term at the Nationale University of Singapore. Moreover, she holds a diploma (German: “Diplom-Ingenieurin”) in architecture from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
