Michael Dada is a Berlin-based data centre and real estate professional with a strong focus on site selection, development strategy and market entry in Germany and Europe. Most recently, he served as Managing Director of VIRTUS Data Centre Germany, overseeing the company’s expansion and operations in the German market across sales, design, construction and operations.

Before joining VIRTUS, he led Data Centre Solutions for CBRE in Germany. With longstanding experience in real estate and digital infrastructure, he has been involved in the sourcing, evaluation and development of data centre opportunities and is closely engaged with the strategic questions shaping the sector’s growth in Germany.

He is also a board member of the German Datacenter Association. Michael holds a diploma in Geography, Urban Planning and Economics from the University of Münster and an MBA from Hochschule Biberach.
