Tom Herrschaft

Tom Herrschaft is Head of Real Estate Management at GARBE Industrial. He leads a team of 60 experts across five regions in Germany. Together they manage a domestic portfolio of around 200 industrial properties.

Before joining GARBE Industrial, Tom held management positions at Commerz Real, the real asset investment arm of Commerzbank, as well as at international retailer Hudson’s Bay Company / Galeria Kaufhof. He started his career at Goldman Sachs in Frankfurt am Main.
