Brian Burns undertakes corporate strategy and commercial due diligence assignments in the telecoms sector as part of our UK TMT Deals team.

Brian’s focus areas include telecoms operators (fixed, mobile, cable, B2B telecoms), infrastructure (towers, fibre and data centres) and the wider telecoms eco-system (hardware vendors, telecoms software, IoT players, etc.). Prior to PwC, he spent nearly ten years advising investors and industry players on telecoms strategy issues at Analysys Mason.
