A chartered surveyor and senior executive who is well respected in Irish business and property circles, having established a highly successful research function at CBRE that is regarded as one of the most authoritative sources of information and thought leadership in the Irish market. Marie is a fellow of the Society of Chartered Surveyors in Ireland and recently completed a 2-year term as chair of ULI in Ireland.

In her current role as Head of Research at IPUT Real Estate Dublin, she focusses on research, thought leadership and strategy to support the Fund’s investment, placemaking and sustainability efforts. Marie is the project lead on IPUT’s ‘Making Impact’ research study, exploring the merits of investment in placemaking and the creation of social value.
