Joël Gorsele is the Chief Executive Officer of Intervest, a Belgium-based logistics real estate company expanding its platform across Europe. Since his appointment in April 2023, he has led the company into new growth markets in The Netherlands, France, Germany and Italy, with the support of majority shareholder TPG.

Prior to becoming CEO, he was Intervest’s Chief Investment Officer, shaping the company’s investment strategy and portfolio growth. Earlier in his career, he held senior positions at Redevco, including Investment Manager Europe, and served on the boards of Belgaval (part of Tegova) and UPSI-BVS.

Joël holds a Master’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Management (MRE) from Antwerp Management School, and he completed the Real Estate Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. His areas of expertise include valuation, investment and sustainable development, and he is focused on building a resilient and innovative logistics platform for the future.
