George Durban

George Durban is a managing director in the Real Estate Syndicated Finance (RESF) group within Wells Fargo’s Commercial Real Estate (CRE) division. He is responsible for loan syndication, debt placement, and other capital markets advisory and activities in the commercial real estate sector. With more than 20 years of CRE finance experience, George began his career at Wells Fargo in 2004 in the legacy Real Estate Leveraged Finance Group. He has held various senior roles throughout his tenure in RESF and has maintained a focus on the commercial real estate sector and capital markets over the course of his career. George earned a B.S. in commerce from the University of Virginia.
