Pascal Metschel

Pascal has a clear professional focus on property companies active in the European Logistics real estate market. As Segment Lead – Asset Class Logistics at Drees & Sommer, he supports both dedicated logistics investors and developers as well as broadly diversified institutions that are just starting to build their first exposure to the asset class.

Beyond his client work, Pascal serves on the advisory board of the industry association LOGIX, where he contributes to setting practical benchmarks for sustainable development of logistic real estate. Together with LOGIX he was involved in developing an ESG Label for logistics properties, which will be launched in October 2025. The label sets a new benchmark for transparency and sustainable development in the sector.
