Béatrice de Quinsonas Drouas joined BPCE Real Estate Solutions, as Director of Research in 2023 with a focus on developing market analysis, new trends and to advise major real estate players and clients of the BPCE Group.
Béatrice is an ESTP graduate and holds a Master’s degree in Financial Techniques from ESSEC. She began her career at HSBC in 2003. In 2004, she joined the Research team at MSCI – IPD France & Southern Europe before becoming Head of Research. From 2008 to 2012, based in Shanghai, Béatrice de Quinsonas Drouas was successively China Strategist, Director at CB Richard Ellis and then Director, Research & Advisory at Meili Partners Real Estate China. Upon her return to France, she returned to MSCI as Vice President, Head of Product Research. Béatrice joined BPCE Real Estate Solutions after 5 years as Director, Research & Investment Strategy at Kongur Capital.
