Philipp Ellebracht

Philipp is responsible for the DACH region at Incus Capital with the objective to expand its current activities of providing flexible capital solutions to companies and assets. The firm´s primary focus is on providing bridge financing, senior, mezzanine loans, and preferred equity solutions in the value-add and development space for real estate opportunities, infrastructure, and renewables investments.

Over his 20-year career working in Germany he held several senior roles in the real estate industry. Having worked the bulk of his career nearly working a decade with Schroder Real Estate. He shaped the business as Managing Director and member of the Real Estate Executive Committee.
