Patrick is MD of CBRE in Sweden. He returned to CBRE in 2013 after having spent the last six years at DTZ and Catella Corporate Finance. At DTZ, he was deputy MD and was included on the board of DTZ Sweden AB.
Patrick has over 15 years of experience in transactions of commercial properties. As project manager, he has completed several complex transactions involving real estates and companies with real estate holdings.
§Patrick has also worked as an appraiser, executed leases for clients and advised corporate clients in Corporate Services.
