James Farmer has 17 years’ experience in the European property markets and recently established Boreal Investment Management alongside former Blackstone executives Louis Simon Ferland and Pete Bingel. James, who is a former Partner at Europa Capital, has been involved in over €2.5bn of transactions across multiple European markets and is currently focused on the build out of Boreal’s €1.0bn pan-European and UK logistics joint venture with Cadillac Fairview.
