Johannes von Richthofen

Johannes is a Manager within PwC’s Real Estate Valuation, Modelling & Analytics department. He studied industrial engineering (technical field: civil engineering) at the Technical University of Darmstadt and holds an MBA in International Real Estate Management. He has more than 5 years of experience in strategic real estate advice (e.g. sell and hold strategies) and valuation of real estate as well as valuation of property, plant and equipment for all kinds of purposes (e.g. transactions, financial reporting). Johannes is also well-versed in financial and real estate modelling.
