Philip Conner
Head of Real Estate Research & Strategy–U.S., Barings Real Estate
Philip Conner is a member of Barings Real Estate, a global real estate platform with extensive capabilities across both debt and equity strategies. Philip is a Managing Director and Head of Real Estate Research & Strategy–U.S. within the BAI Research and Analytics team. He has worked in the real estate industry since 1990 and in the institutional real estate business since 1997. Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Philip spent 12+ years as a member of the investment research team at Prudential Real Estate Investors (PREI). Philip holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Middlebury College and an M.B.A. in Finance from NYU’s Stern School of Business.
