Thorsten Loose

Thorsten is a Senior Manager in the Real Estate Deals division in Dusseldorf and has worked for PwC since 2012. He holds a degree in business administration (Univ. Bayreuth) with specialization in banking & finance and international management as well as an M.Sc. Degree (BI, Oslo) in international marketing management.

Thorsten has more than eight years of experience in real estate and corporate M&A. He specializes in the acquisition and sale of real estate companies, the associated due diligence and the implications for purchase agreements. He has advised on a large number or transactions in recent years and advised on the accounting implications.
