Logan Smith

Logan Smith is currently Managing Director at Aevitas Property Partners, an investor.  He has 20 experience in logistics and distribution related real estate and supply chain technology throughout Europe and North America.  Among previous roles, he served as Head of logistics and industrial with BNP Paribas Real Estate, and with Prologis as Head of European Acquisitions and Dispositions where he was responsible for transaction sourcing, underwriting, and execution for Prologis and all fund affiliates throughout Europe. He first entered the European logistics real estate market in 1998 with Security Capital Group/Prologis, and also oversaw supply chain technology initiatives for the organization. He holds a B.A. with honors in economics from Cornell University, and received an MBA from Harvard Business School.
