Anita Simaza MRICS

Anita heads European Logistics & Industrial activities for BNP Paribas Real Estate and has over 12 years experience in pan-European real estate. Anita is part of the International Capital Markets team and is responsible for coordinating BNP Paribas Real Estate’s European Logistics & Industrial investment activities, working on pan European and single country transactions.

Prior to joining BNP Paribas Real Estate, Anita held the position of Director European Valuations at Prologis, responsible for all valuation related workflows across Europe. Prior to this, Anita worked with Knight Frank in London in the European Valuations team and qualified as a member or RICS with Savills in Exeter in the residential development department.
