Sandy Bierwirth-Zeussel
Portfolio Manager, Helaba Invest
Sandy Bierwirth-Zeussel has a corporate finance background and her areas of expertise cover real estate equity investments and investment structuring. Sandy held different investment management roles over the past 10 years for large financial institutions.
She is currently responsible for real estate investment management mandates for institutional clients at HelabaInvest, predominately covering real estate portfolio transactions, asset manager selection and due diligence processes as well as investment and fund structuring. Prior to this she was Head of Group Subsidiaries Real Estate at Landesbank Baden-Württemberg looking after the bank’s equity interests in its subsidiary companies, investment projects and joint ventures in the real estate sector.
In her role as RICS counsellor Sandy is coaching and mentoring candidates on their way to their RICS membership.
