Mark has over 18 years of experience in the appraisal of Dutch real estate. He also has considerable experience valuing properties in Germany and the United Kingdom. Mark is a FRICS and RT surveyor and a member of the CBRE EMEA Valuation Strategy Group. As a member of the PTA, he co-authored the 28 recommendations for improving valuations in the Netherlands. Mark also has over 30 years of experience as a RICS surveyor.
