Michael is professor of real estate management and investments and Head of the Master of Science in Real Estate (MScRE)-program at Lucerne University (CH). He studied international business administration at the EBS University of Economics and Law (D) and wrote his Ph.D. Thesis at the University of Regensburg (D). He was appointed professor of real estate management at the University of Kufstein (A) for five years (2008-2013). Since 2013 he has been working as a professor of real estate investment and management at Lucerne University (CH). Michael Truebestein is a member of the RICS board in Switzerland as well as founding member of the FIBREE-Foundation. He organized several conferences and published numerous articles and books in the field of real estate investments and finance, real estate asset management, digitalisation, real estate capital markets and trends in the real estate industry.
