Hugo has worked for Lucios over the past 14 years, being responsible for several construction and real estate development projects in Portugal, France and Algeria, where he launched the local branch of the company. He currently overseas all the operations related to investment and development.
Hugo is a Civil Engineer with an MBA from ESCP Europe and a Real Estate Finance and Development Certificate from the MIT.
