Mathieu leads Ernst & Young’s Real Estate Loan Portfolio Solutions team advising both buyers and sellers of real estate loans. He is an experienced corporate and project financier having worked on a wide variety of transactions, including buy side/sell side M&A, capital raising and restructuring mandates. He has recently been involved in a number of high profile real estate restructurings acting as adviser to banks, special servicers and borrowers as well as banker when on secondment to RBS Real Estate Restructuring team.
