Rick is CEO of the blockchain company Legalthings One that has transformed static real estate contracts into interactive dynamic workflows using blockchain technology. Clients such as Merin, M7 Real Estate, Stena real estate and various integrators are using the LegalThings One technology.

Before LegalThings One, Rick has been a Private Equity and M&A Tax lawyer at both PwC and Deloitte. Rick is also the founder of the successful Dutch startup Firm24.com.
