Prior to joining LaSalle in August, 2014 Dan was at Strategic Value Partners where he was involved in acquiring distressed CMBS , whole loans and mezzanine loans backed by real estate in the UK, Germany and Spain. Between 2005 – 2009 Dan was part of the Securitised Products Group at Morgan Stanley where he was involved in loan underwriting in the UK, Spain, Benelux and Germany as well as structuring CMBS for the ELOC conduit programme.
