Mat Oakley

Mat Oakley is head of Savills’ European commercial property research department. He leads a team of researchers who cover all aspects of commercial property research in all key markets throughout Europe. His experience includes work on a variety of topics including various office markets, the impact of major infrastructure developments, advising on tenant mix for both in and out-of-town retail and leisure developments, and developing investment strategies for both private and institutional investors.

Mat sits on the British Council for Offices board and chaired their research committee for five years.
