Simone Roberti

Simone is Head of Research at Colliers International Italy where he is in charge of analysing the Italian real estate market. Simone produces various market reports on different asset classes (such as offices, hotels, health care, …), also in collaboration with the other Colliers research departments, and supports the clients’ choices in their investment and disposal decisions through data, analysis and forecasts. Moreover, Simone is a member of the Research INREV Committee since January 2021.

Prior to his current appointment, Simone worked ten years in BNP Paribas Real Estate. Starting in Paris in the international department in Paris as responsible for the office sector and then after four years moving to Milan as head of research for Italy. During this experience Simone supported all the different business lines and worked on all the asset classes (included the residential market). For the IM business line Simone was member of the Corporate Development committee that evaluated the new investments and the new funds.

Simone holds a Msc in European Political Economy (Integration) from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a BSc in Economics from Rome “Tor Vergata” University.
