CEO, BNP Paribas Real Estate Property Management

Stephen Coticoni is CEO of BNPPRE Advisory in Italy whose core activities are transaction, valuation and investment advisory. He joined BNPPRE in 2013 as CEO of Property Management with over 5,5 mln sqm under management. As from 2008 SC was MD of Pirelli RE Deutschland based in Hamburg at that time managing over 7 bln euro mainly in retail and residential (70,000 units). Stephen Coticoni holds a degree in engineering from the Polytechnic of Turin and an MBA from the Bocconi University of Milan and is a member of RICS.
