Christophe Murciani

Christophe Murciani, 48, is a real estate lending professional, with a 25-year track record in sourcing and structuring property finance transactions both in France and in other European countries. Between 1993 and 2008, Christophe has executed major real estate structured debt mandates, respectively with Société Générale, Natixis, and then Citigroup, where he was in charge of a 4-strong team originating deals in France, Benelux, and Italy. Thereafter with Tishman Speyer Properties, he ran the European finance team, prior to joining in 2011 the French side of Cityhold, a JV between 2 Swedish pension funds, to source and acquire prime office properties. As of 2013, Christophe spearheaded JLL’s Real Estate Debt Advisory group in Paris. With ACOFI, he is the managing director for the property lending platform.
Christophe holds ESCP Europe’s MBA.
