He has broken transaction records in both the US and Europe, while winning the transaction of the year award in Copenhagen in 2016 for the $94million Maersk HQ sale setting a new market standard.

Before joining TrueMarketValue, Allan was head of Corporate Real Estate at the global shipping and energy giant, Maersk. Allan holds a degree in international trade from Copenhagen Business School, has attended the McKinsey&Co. consultancy university and he has worked in Banking, Manufacturing, Shipping and is now a passionate PropTech entrepreneur. Allan’s professional passion is commercial real estate and negotiation efficiency – and he has studied negotiation techniques at Columbia University, Harvard Business School and been coached by a renowned Insead professor.

Prop.Exchange is his latest invention and the platform is created to be an exchange for efficient and time effective divestments of real estate assets that have typically been less liquid due to uncertain valuations and resource demanding.

Allan’s dream is to make commercial real estate more liquid by making transactions more professional; less expensive, more structured, more efficient, and more transparent/less risky.
