Richard Barkham

Richard has nearly 30 years of research experience in the real estate sector.  He heads a global team of ten real estate economists tasked with creating proprietary real estate lead indicators and is responsible for the Grosvenor economic and property market forecasts.  Prior to his current role he was Research Director for Grosvenor Britain & Ireland (2000 – 2005).  Previously, he was with CBRE in their investment research team and, before that, spent 14 years as an academic at the University of Reading. He is the author of two books and a number of highly cited academic papers on real estate securities.
