Philipp Gansch

Philipp is with IMMOFINANZ since 2011 and was appointed “Head of Development” in 2015. In this function he is responsible for the group-wide development activities for retail and office assets. His main focus lies on the further expansion and enhancement of IMMOFINANZ’s STOP SHOP and VIVO portfolio through own developments, extensions and constant upgrading of existing schemes as well as the roll-out of the office brand “myhive”. Previously he was covering the development and refurbishment of assets in Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia for IMMOFINANZ and has worked in real estate financing and risk management. Philipp has studied law in Vienna and Paris.
