Marta Cladera de Codina

Marta Cladera de Codina joined nuveen in 2013 as Asset Management Director, responsible for the strategic management and investment of assets valued at €1.1bn in Spain, Portugal and Brazil. In 2016, Marta was chosen to lead TH Real Estate in the Iberian Region.

Marta has over thirteen years of experience in real estate management and investment, as well as vast knowledge of the market. Prior to joining TH Real Estate, Marta worked for nine years at Grupo Lar, occupying various positions, such as Asset Manager and Investment Manager, managing and closing deals valued at over €1bn. Cladera de Codina graduated in Economics from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and went on to complete an MBA at the IE Business School.
