Paul Wessels

Paul Wessels MRICS studied Economics and Journalism and began his career at the leading Dutch daily, NRC Handelsblad. In the mid-1990’s Wessels became deputy editor-in-chief of real estate publication Vastgoedmarkt. The ambition to help foster more transparency in the real estate market led to Wessels co-founding PropertyNL in 2000. PropertyNL became the market leader in providing independent research and building databases for the commercial real estate community in the Netherlands. The business gained a European dimension in 2006 with the launch of PropertyEU, a news and research journal with partnerships with Expo Real in Munich, ICSC, RICS and the Urban Land Institute. Since 2009 PropertyEU has developed new professional platforms such as the Who’s Who network and PropertyEU Inverstors.
