Wes Fuller

As executive managing director, Wes is responsible for the Investment Management business of the company which focuses on the investment in rental apartments in the United States, Europe and Latin America through a series of investment vehicles with institutional clients. He is responsible for fund management, investment strategy, capital relationships and acquisition and disposition activities. In addition, Wes is responsible for the strategic direction of the investment team and owned assets. Wes is also a member of the Greystar Executive Committee, the governing body of the company.

Wes received his MBA in real estate finance from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. He also holds a degree in biology from Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina. Wes is a member of PREA, NMHC, AFIRE and the ULI Multifamily Blue Council. He is also a board member of Operation Home and Wings for Kids, both Charleston, South Carolina-based non-profit organizations.
