Ville Raitio
Co-Head of Direct Property, Nordic Region, Aberdeen Asset Management
Ville Raitio is co-heading Aberdeen’s direct property investment activities the Nordic region. In addition to his investment management responsibilities, Ville is Country Head for Aberdeen’s Finnish office.
Ville joined Aberdeen in 2013 from ATP Real Estate where he was Partner. In this role, Ville focused on ATP Real Estate’s indirect real estate investment activities across Europe and the United States. Previously, Ville worked for INREV, the European Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles, where he was a Research Director.
Ville graduated with an MSc in Management Science from Helsinki School of Economics. Ville has also studied Real Estate Finance and Investments at the Swedish School of Economics in Helsinki and is a CFA charter holder.
