Every year, MIPIM brings together investors, developers and public-sector decision-makers from around the world to address the key challenges shaping our cities and regions.

As the real estate sector looks ahead to MIPIM 2027, the Dutch market has an opportunity to reaffirm its international presence and ambition, strengthen cross-border connections and explore new avenues for investment and collaboration.

Against this backdrop, we are bringing together senior leaders from the Dutch real estate community for the MIPIM NL Leadership Meet-Up: an exclusive afternoon of discussion, exchange, and networking ahead of MIPIM 2027.

Key themes will include:

Data centres – navigating the growing demand for digital infrastructure and its investment implications.
Housing matters! – unlocking investment in residential real estate and addressing Europe’s housing challenge.
Public meets private – exploring how public authorities and private investors can work together to accelerate development and investment.

The programme will feature a fireside chat between Nicolas Boffi and Robert Jan Foortse from APG, followed by a panel discussion bringing together public- and private-sector leaders to explore the future of housing and real estate investment.

We would be delighted to welcome you for an afternoon of meaningful discussion with fellow leaders from the Dutch real estate sector, as we build momentum towards MIPIM 2027.
