Matti Schenk

Matti Schenk has been supporting the research department of Savills Germany since the beginning of 2014. Since April 2023 he has been working there as an Associate Director for analyses, studies and market reports on the German real estate market.

Schenk focuses on the German housing market and the market for healthcare properties. He is the author of various market analyses, for example on the markets for student accommodation, the market for care properties and the ownership structure in the rental housing market. He has been a speaker on these topics at various conferences, such as the Euroforum, the Heuer Dialog or the Class of 2020.
